How is this different from hiring a freelancer?

A freelancer executes what you brief. designflix provides creative direction — meaning we think about what should be built and why, not just how to make the file. You also get consistency: the same Creative Director on every job, knowing your brand deeply over time. No starting from scratch with someone new every project.

What if I don't like the work?

All plans include unlimited revisions — we refine until you’re 100% happy. If something isn’t right, we start again. There’s no “that’s outside the scope” or extra charge for going back and forth. That’s the whole point of a flat monthly rate.

How fast do you actually turn things around?

Most requests come back with a first draft within 24–48 hours. More complex projects like full websites take longer and we’ll always give you a clear timeline upfront. Simple assets — social posts, ad creative, email headers — are often same or next day.

What does "Unlimited Requests" actually mean?

You can submit as many requests as you want — they go into a queue and we work through them in order. On the Grow plan we work on 1 at a time, Agency gets 3 simultaneously, and Pro gets 5. The more requests you have running at once, the faster your output.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes — all plans can be paused at any time. And when you resume, you keep your current rate even if prices have increased. We built it this way because we know agency life is seasonal — some months are manic, others are quieter. You shouldn’t be penalised for that. We only ask that you give us as much notice as possible (minimum 10 days before renewal)

Who actually does the work?

Alexander reviews and directs every single job — that’s not marketing, that’s how it works. We have designers who handle execution on some tasks, but nothing leaves without going through the Creative Director. You’re never dealing with a junior who doesn’t know your brand.

What tools do you use and what do I need?

You need nothing special. Requests go through Trello and/or our client portal — simple, fast, no learning curve. We work in Adobe Suite, Figma, Canva, Elementor, WordPress and more depending on what the job needs. Final files are delivered in whatever format you need.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No long-term contract required. You subscribe monthly and can cancel any time. That said, the real value compounds over time — the longer we work together, the better we know your brand and the less briefing you need to do. Most clients stay 12+ months because it just keeps getting easier.
